Additional Info:	At Solent Music we are happy to start teaching children from the age of 5 on keyboard, piano, and singing. All levels of piano playing are welcome from complete beginners to more advanced students. We also pride ourselves on the amount of adult students we have, and tailor lessons/flexibility appropriately. We believe it’s important to have a teacher that’s highly qualified in their instrument and also knows how to teach it most effectively. Jack has studied on the pedagogical program at the Sibelius Academy in Finland under eminent pedagogue Rebekka Angervo, and on the ‘Music and Education within the Community’ course at the RNCM. We love teaching piano and singing to all ages, and working out the best approach for each individual student. We believe learning should be enjoyable, and through improvisation, aural training and theory work. A mixture of all these elements help create a fun and engaging environment for students to learn in. We currently teach in and around the Portsmouth area covering; Locks Heath, Fareham, Gosport, Portchester, Waterlooville, Cosham and Portsmouth.
