Additional Info: Azamat Sydykov was born on February 3, 1986, in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic (former USSR country).
He comes from a family of musicians. He started to play the piano when he was 7 years old with Svetlana Krivopalova in Bishkek M. Abdraev Central Music School.
In 2000, he went to Russia and continued his musical education in Moscow. He studied with Professor Anatoly Ryabov at Moscow Central Music School and graduated from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory as a student of Professor Nikolay Petrov.
In 2011, he received a full-scholarship to attend the Mannes College, the New School for Music, as a student of Professor Pavlina Dokovska.

Azamat Sydykov has performed at the Great hall of the Kyrgyz State National Philharmonic, Great Hall of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow, and the E. Svetlanov Hall of Moscow International House of Music. He has appeared as soloist with the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia conducted by Vladimir Simkin and the National Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra of the Kyrgyz Republic touring in major cities of Russia (Moscow, Saint- Petersburg, Tolyatti, Tobolsk, Tyumen and Ekaterinburg), and countries, such as Switzerland, Germany, Iran, Turkey, Ukraine, Finland, Italy and Netherlands.
In New York, he has been acclaimed at Carnegie Hall, Steinway Hall, Mannes Concert Hall, Gilder Lehrman Hall, , David Greer Recital Hall and United Nations Headquarters.

He was invited by Nevada Opera as a musical director for Die Fledermaus as well as soloist on the Reno ARTOWN Festival in summer 2012, also musical director and pianist for the "QUARTET' of Bern Herbeisheimer and "Polka of Patrick Soluri on the concert at Zankel Hall of Carnegie Hall in October 2012.
Azamat Sydykov has been doing charity concerts for the people in his home land held with the National Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra of the Kyrgyz Republic in the memory of those victims passed away during the revolution against former president Bakiev, after the tragic riot of ethnic conflicts the US Embassy and International Tchingiz Aimatov Foundation supported and organized another charity concert in the South of the country (Osh) for promoting Peace and Friendship.
